Cost: Free
The public is invited to join members of the Salt Lake Astronomical Society for a night under the stars. SLAS members will have telescopes of all shapes and sizes available for public observation. Come and observe the Moon, planets Saturn and Venus, double stars, nebula, star clusters, and more. Learn about the constellations and star-lore that connect each of us to the night sky.
This event is family friendly (ages 3 to 99). Invite your friends.
Star Party Tips:
* Follow all safety signs and telescope operator instructions.
* Please keep an eye open for moving cars. |
