"Star party" centered 'round the 14 inch refractor at Dearborn Observatory. As you can see it was rather cloudy, so it was more of a "Wow, look at the big telescope" party. The scope is also outfitted for solar viewing. There is a (usually well attended) free public star party offered at the observatory every friday night (clouds or not) from 9:00 till 10:00ish.
