Sun ab

Today I took my very first astro shot with my new DSLR, a Pentax K-30. This was taken using the PST with the camera in monochrome mode, eyepiece projection in a modified EP projection adapter using an 18mm K eyepiece and 15mm of extenstion rings. Minimal processing of a single frame, I just stretched the contrast and sharpened it mildly.
