Time Stamp Example

This screen shot shows the ITOA video time stamp that records milliseconds synchronized to GPS satellite time. Normally, a higher magnification would be used on the dark side of the terminator before the Moon's 1st quarter or after the Moon's 3rd quarter with gamma ramped up.. This equipment test was done near the full Moon. http://videotimers.com/home.html . This Meade electronic eyepiece has not been tested for sufficient magnitude capture depth, and it may be replaced in the future. Lunar meteor impacts on the terminator's dark side are typically in the magnitude 6,7, and 8 range. The timer enables two geographically separate observers to confirm an observation, thus ruling out that a flash on the dark side of the lunar disk is not an instrument artifact or was not caused a cosmic ray hitting the camera chip.
