While the refractor will usually be used with the Brandt lens, on special occasions the Brandt lens will be replaced with Siegfried Jachmann's Clark lens.  Because the Clark is larger an adapter had to be made to allow it to fit the tube.  Guy Malmborg machined the adapter.  Images 016 to 019 show the adapter's fabrication.  018 and 019 show the adapter with the Clark lens installed.  Guy Malmborg images.  05 APR 2005
